Customs Fees
We cover any extra fees like customs or tariffs. In case of extra fees during delivery, contact us at support@cartechstudio.com and we'll refund immediately to your original payment method.
Order Processing and Shipping
Once you've placed an order, expect an email from us. We customize our products according to your vehicle to ensure a seamless experience. Hence, we'll request an image of your vehicle's dashboard. After sending the picture, you can rest easy while we handle the rest and start processing your order.
Order processing time is typically 1-3 days (depending on when you share the images of your vehicle's dashboard), and world-wide free shipping happens through reliable carriers like DHL, FedEx, UPS, or USPS, with an estimated transit time of 6-8 business days. Orders placed after 4pm CST will be processed on the next weekday (Monday to Friday).
For customers in the US & Europe, we make every effort, within reasonable bounds, to fulfill orders from our US or EU warehouses.
Change of Address
To change your address, please contact us via email at support@cartechstudio.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we can't modify the delivery address once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. This will allow you to monitor your shipment until it's delivered. Simply use the link in the email to check the delivery status of your order.
Notifications
You'll receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. When your order is ready for collection by our transport partner, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you find the parcel damaged in transit, please reject the parcel and contact our customer service.
Missing Items
If the shipment is missing an item you purchased, contact us and we'll send it free of charge. Delivery happens through reliable carriers like DHL, FedEx, UPS, or USPS, with an estimated delivery time of 6-8 business days.
