The product is as advertised, very easy to install and doesn’t require a four year college degree. Works perfectly, just a couple of issues with the software. I have reached out to support department and waiting for their response. The first issue is the startup screen, I want the ApplePlay to be the primary one at startup and not the Android. The second one is, the Tesla screen will display the original screen from the Sync 2 but when you press any buttons in the original screen, the buttons will not work… I am sure there is a setting that I have to do to make this happen. Other than that… this is an amazing product and highly recommend!

The new screen is AWESOME!! Looks like it was built into the truck originally. The functionality of it so great, all the original accessories of the truck still work. There is only one complaint that I have no install instructions….. was able to stumble through the install but it would have been nice to have some sort of guidance.
